Unfortunately, this sort of science ( management , leadership , project management , human resources , and all soft skills ... ) is not so popular in Egypt, and that causes so many problems in our companies, especially in egyptian companies that are not working with foreigners.
In my humble point of view, there is major difference between manager and leader; a manager is working with resources, but a leader is working with humans.
